A 7:30 am flight from Port Alsworth to the Lake Clark Mountain Pass entrance 

may be your favorite flight ever.

Check out Tanalian Mountain reflecting in the glassy Lake Clark.

Frog Island, close to the north shore, is straight across Lake Clark from Current Creek, which flows from the valley glowing in the early morning light.

The lake looks dreamy towards the east, surrounded by blue misty mountains with their dusting of snow and peek grazing clouds.
