Here's the big boss of Lake and Pen Air. His name is Lyle. Lyle Wilder.
The only bossy thing he really does though is Fly Like A Boss.
Other than that he is a man of integrity and generosity.
But, it takes two to make this air taxi thing go right, and his other half is his wife Heidi. She's as cheerful and organized as they come, and together they are a fun loving, committed duo who create a work environment their staff love.
